RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We want you to love your LA LE experience! However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and store credit for eligible items. Please review our policy below for details.

Returns:
You may return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery for store credit. All items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, and any other imperfections. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these specific conditions.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) for store credit and use that credit to place a new order for the desired item(s).

Exemptions:
Sale Items: All sale-priced items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made-to-Measure Items: Due to the custom nature of made-to-measure pieces, we cannot accept returns or offer store credit for these items. Please ensure accurate measurements are provided during the ordering process.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number in the subject line and clearly state your intention to return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Store Credit:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will issue you store credit for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). The store credit will be applied to your LA LE account and can be used towards future purchases and does not expire.

Customs Fees:
You are responsible for any applicable customs fees when returning your item(s) from outside Nigeria.
